Cllr Richard Brooks raised an Urgent Notice of Motion when a toddler went missing unnoticed from an Aberdeen Early Learning Centre. This section is Richard pushing the officers to clarify the wording of the finished investigation report

"children hungry, children at risk due to poor recording of medication; staff leaving children confused and upset by their manner toward them, impacting their confidence and self esteem"
